Sign in to the account you want to delete, open Account, choose Delete account, and enter the confirmation shown. Deletion is permanent.
Your profile, voting presets, their requests and ballots, and your policy and report records are deleted. Your attributable name, email, comments, images and identity links in other people’s voting presets and their requests are removed; anonymous vote counts and decisions remain. Content recorded as another author’s remains, with your linked voter identity removed.
Shared items you started, your personal budgets and your invitations are deleted too. Your votes and replies on other people’s items stay counted, without your name or reason. A group you run passes to its earliest member; a group with no one else left is archived or deleted.
Files are placed in a deletion queue. The operator retries failed file deletions. Provider backups or legally required records may temporarily retain copies. If you cannot sign in, contact support below so that ownership can be verified.
For anonymous contributions, use the device or browser where you voted. A lost anonymous credential may prevent us from identifying a contribution. Never send your password, voting link or verification code to support.
